3. Application Fee Receipt. This is applicable if you're paying by cash.  For other payments, your carbon copy is your receipt. For digital payments such as Venmo, etc, your receipt is with those payment platform. Application Fee Receipt
4. Denial Letter template.  You will get a copy of a denail letter similiar to this template if your application is denied. Denial Letter Template
